Quality Control Specialist - Fort Hood, TX

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* At least 18 years of age
* Must be detail oriented, analytical, and organized
* Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
* Good communication skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and 10-key
* Comfortable in a repetitive environment
* Banking and loan experience preferred
* Must successfully pass background investigation and drug screen according to company policy
* Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

* Perform quality control on new consumer loans
* Verify documentation and ensure the all data is entered correctly
* Perform maintenance on incorrect data
* Prepare consumer loans report monthly
* Make decisions on routine issues in accordance with the Loan Operations Internal Guidelines and assigned approval limits
* Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently
