Overview
DecisionPoint is currently looking for a Drupal & PHP Developer / Engineer to develop, maintain, upgrade, migrate existing and new Department of State Office of Inspector General (OIG) websites based on Drupal CMS platform. The Developer will support our team and our government customer in the Arlington, VA area. Remote work eligible.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Mid-level expert with demonstrated strong and current skills with website architecture design, development, upgrade and migration.
- Deep understanding of Drupal 7 and Drupal 8 architectures and concepts such as Drupal core and modules.
- Knowledge of Drupal 9.
- Experience with selecting web hosting software with content management system (CMS).
- Deep understanding of Section 508 compliance requirements.
- Abiility to build mobile responsive websites.
- Familiarity with the DevOps methodology.
Candidates should have knowledge of at least some of the following:
- Hands-on current experience with Drupal CMS, Drupal headless, Azure hosting, web server configuration, database integration, public website security, DNS, integration with other applications and/or plugins, organizational branding.
- Development and management with Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP stack.
- Architecting Drupal solutions for data, display and information architecture.
- Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, Panels etc.
- Skills with integrating Drupal with other external services such as social media tools, search engines, web analytics, reporting services and other tools.
- Migrating existing Drupal content from one environment to another including between different Drupal versions.
- Project management for complex web projects.
- Ability to create wireframes for user interface (UI) and user experience design (UX) for websites, experience using graphical design tools to create/manipulate images, PowerPoint presentations, posters, handouts, brochures etc.
- Writing code using HTML/HTML5, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, XML/JSON and similar web technologies.
- Creating code using web frameworks such as but not limited to Bootstrap, Zurb, LESS, SASS etc.
- Web tools such as Fiddler, Firebug, Chrome Inspector and similar tools.
- Web app, JavaScript and CSS libraries to create compelling website designs.
- Troubleshooting skills to support operations for the Drupal websites including slowness or other performance issues.
- Analyzing and implementing independent government IT infrastructures.
- Ability to deploy new infrastructure requirements in government IT offices.
- Experience planning new programs and initiatives to address problems identified in situational assessments.
- Understanding of enterprise, platform, industry, and solution architecture best practices related to web technology stacks.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports to and present to senior leadership.
- Ability to provide logical and consistent recommendations for change based on industry best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of statutes, standards, guidance, mandates, and regulations governing Federal IT systems and networks.
