This position offers the unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end sales planning lifecycle for a global leader in AECO technology. You will have the autonomy to design innovative compensation strategies across diverse channels while automating high-impact processes that remove friction for our sales teams. It is a high-visibility role where your analytical insights and executive reporting directly influence leadership decisions and territorial optimization.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual sales planning cycle to deliver precision territory and quota details ahead of global kickoff events.

  • Architect optimized sales territories using data-driven analysis to maximize organizational growth and seller success.

  • Design and automate sales tools and processes to shift focus from manual administration to high-value revenue generation.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Data, and Customer Success teams to align incentive compensation with global business goals.

  • Prepare and present compelling executive summaries that translate complex performance metrics into clear strategic narratives for leadership.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing or a related field

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations specifically focused on incentive compensation and quota design.

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce.com and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Suite.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage confidential information with high discretion.

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Qliksense, Domo, or Tableau.

  • Background in managing compensation strategies across direct, indirect, and eCommerce channels.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS or software tech environment.

  • Location: Westminster, CO or Lake Oswego, OR
  • Travel Requirement: 10%

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
