Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception area activity, manage access point procedures, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive observation and professional communication.
• Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site instructions when needed.
• Maintain front desk records, logs, badges, and/or visitor information as required, while communicating clearly with staff, vendors, and guests entering the location.
• Support a professional presence at a food and beverage location by assisting with security-related inquiries, directing foot traffic, and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
