UFP Concrete Forming Solutions is the leading supplier of lumber, plywood and value-add, custom formwork solutions to the concrete construction industry.

The Rental Fleet Yard Lead is responsible for assisting the plants and our sales team in monitoring, managing and maintaining the overall inventory and conditions of our rental assets. Works under the general direction of the plant; follows pre-established guidelines to meet expectations and exercises discretion and judgment on work priorities.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the plants and sales team to monitor and maintain rental assets in the yard.
  • Know our system inside and out so you can run any inventory and receiving report available and answer any inventory questions that come up.
  • Investigate any inventory discrepancies and communicate the issue with plants and sales team
  • Follow and rental SOP for returns, repairs, and cleaning. This also includes sorting and unitizing material in the correct fashion.
  • Working with sales and shipping to piece pull hardware for contracts and jobsites.
  • Assists in assigned special projects
  • Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

Knowledge

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Minimum one year of experience in inventory control or related area
  • Working knowledge of inventory internal controls, and company procedures
  • Working knowledge in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Preferred understanding of company policies, practices, and procedures

Hourly Pay Range: $22 - $26 / per hour dependent on experience*

*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay

Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
