Join a Great Place to Work-certified company! Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is hiring a Loan Servicing Representative. This is an excellent early-career opportunity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Location & Schedule:



  • Hybrid schedule with up to three days per week at our corporate office in Lake Forest, IL.
  • Local Northern IL/Southeast WI candidates only!


As a Loan Servicing Representative, you'll partner with teams across CCU to support a wide range of loan servicing needs. Your primary focus will be securing vehicle titles, with additional support for boat and recreational vehicle loans. You'll also handle member and internal escalations related to titles and insurance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines; validate information with DMVs, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Resolve escalated title issues end-to-end and respond within established timelines.
  • Follow up on servicing requests by coordinating with third parties and using external systems when needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements to programs, systems, and processes.
  • Maintain accurate loan records in the core system by correcting keying and funding errors based on title documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation to state and county agencies.
  • Process insurance servicing requests and complete follow-up as needed.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience in an office or administrative setting with strong computer proficiency (banking or lending experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and time-management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule during the following hours:


    • Monday-Friday: 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.



Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $16.67 to $25.01 per hour. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
