Overview

We are seeking a Talent Attraction Optimization Intern to join our Futureforce AMER Talent Attraction team in San Francisco, CA. This role offers hands-on experience supporting early talent recruiting efforts, candidate engagement, and sourcing initiatives. You will partner closely with recruiters, university relations teams, and hiring managers to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience and contribute to meaningful process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and planning of virtual and in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and campus engagement activities, including logistics, materials preparation, and outcome tracking

  • Assist in crafting candidate outreach, follow-up communications, and candidate-facing content that reflects our employer brand and ensures a positive experience throughout the recruiting process

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and data hygiene across recruiting systems, and support collection of recruiting metrics such as application volumes, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

  • Partner with university relations, programs, and hiring teams to audit existing recruiting workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and support Total Addressable Market (TAM) research to inform workforce planning

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a focus on Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 Grad)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and stakeholder levels

  • Demonstrated attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in data entry or records management

  • Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in talent acquisition, early talent programs, employer branding, or HR

  • Experience using AI tools or automation platforms to streamline tasks or improve workflows

  • Exposure to recruiting technologies such as Salesforce, Workday, GoodTime, LinkedIn, or Handshake

Summer 2026 Internship Dates:

  • GROUP 2: June 1 - Aug 21st

  • GROUP 3: June 15 - Sep 4th
