We are seeking a Safety Engineer who is energized by active jobsites, earns credibility with field teams, and is committed to building a strong, practical safety culture. This role partners closely with project teams and trade partners to promote safe work practices across commercial construction projects in southern Wisconsin. You'll play a visible, meaningful role in protecting our people, strengthening our safety culture, and supporting successful project delivery. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in safety, Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field OR 5-7 years of commercial construction safety experience in lieu of a degree. OSHA 30-Hour Certification (required). Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels without relying on authority. Practical, solutions-oriented approach with sound judgment and follow-through. Ability to work on active construction sites, including walking jobsites, climbing ladders, and navigating multi-level structures. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software.
