As a Field Recruiter, you'll learn how to source candidates, conduct interviews, and match people with job opportunities. You'll play a key role in helping individuals find work while supporting local business needs. No prior recruiting experience is required. Just strong customer service or administrative skills and a willingness to learn! What You'll Do With training and support, you will: Connect with candidates through job postings, social media, and community outreach Review resumes and speak with applicants to understand their skills and goals Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding Help maintain an active pipeline of candidates for open roles Support daily hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate experience Learn to use recruiting tools and systems to track candidates and hiring activity Assist with onboarding steps such as background checks and employment documentation What We're Looking For We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds-especially those with: Customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organization and time management abilities Comfort using basic computer systems and learning new tools A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual Spanish/English REQUIRED* Any experience working with people, customers, or in a team environment (Previous recruiting or staffing experience is helpful but not required.)
