Job Summary

Are you looking to start a career in recruiting or join a business that focuses on growth and opportunity? This role is a great entry point!

As a Field Recruiter, you'll learn how to source candidates, conduct interviews, and match people with job opportunities. You'll play a key role in helping individuals find work while supporting local business needs. No prior recruiting experience is required. Just strong customer service or administrative skills and a willingness to learn!

What You'll Do

With training and support, you will:



  • Connect with candidates through job postings, social media, and community outreach
  • Review resumes and speak with applicants to understand their skills and goals
  • Guide candidates through the hiring process from application to onboarding
  • Help maintain an active pipeline of candidates for open roles
  • Support daily hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Learn to use recruiting tools and systems to track candidates and hiring activity
  • Assist with onboarding steps such as background checks and employment documentation


What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds-especially those with:



  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organization and time management abilities
  • Comfort using basic computer systems and learning new tools
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Spanish/English *REQUIRED
  • Any experience working with people, customers, or in a team environment


(Previous recruiting or staffing experience is helpful but not required.)
