About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to support the BEST Shared Services team within a beauty organization. This role is critical to maintaining the data pipeline that powers the A&P Spend Management Power BI reporting suite. You will work with large, complex financial datasets, owning the end-to-end flow of data from SAP into reporting tools-ensuring accuracy, integrity, and real-time visibility for Budget Owners and Leadership. What You'll Be Doing
SAP Data Extraction
- Execute and monitor recurring SAP reports to capture real-time Actuals and Commitments
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial data outputs
Data Transformation & Pipeline Management
- Transform raw SAP exports into structured, analysis-ready datasets
- Maintain and manage SharePoint data repositories for seamless Power BI ingestion
- Support ongoing data pipeline stability and optimization
Data Integrity & Reporting Accuracy
- Perform rigorous validation checks throughout the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process
- Ensure Power BI dashboards reflect accurate and reliable financial data
- Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
Financial Reporting Support
- Enable Finance teams to complete accurate month-end reconciliations
- Provide consistent data flow to support A&P spend tracking and investment visibility
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Global Data and Master Data teams to ensure alignment on data structures and reporting logic
- Maintain proper financial hierarchies and mappings between SAP and Power BI
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analytics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Intermediate Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, basic analysis)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying issues
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
