  • Record work completed, parts used, and quality checks in required paperwork or systems to support traceability and disciplined execution.
  • Identify issues such as missing parts, damaged materials, or out-of-spec conditions, and follow site steps to tag, separate, and report concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation by following personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, housekeeping standards, and 5S practices.
TEAM:
  • You will work side-by-side with manufacturing associates to keep work flowing safely, share timely information, and support a respectful, inclusive environment where everyone can contribute. • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, pictures, and basic drawings with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools, and learn site-specific fixtures, gauges, and torque methods.
  • Ability to build to specification by checking alignment, orientation, fastener torque (when required), and basic functional outcomes.
  • Ability to recognise problems, use sound judgement, and escalate concerns through established quality and material control processes.
