Equipment Spare Parts Coordinator

Milwaukee Tool product service is a key competitive advantage with high customer expectations. The Service Parts Coordinator supports all service and parts activities across Powered Industrial Trucks, Conveyance & Sortation Systems, and Robotics & Integrated Systems. This role coordinates the development, readiness, accuracy, and lifecycle management of service parts while maintaining oversight of parts inventory performance, with the ultimate goal of ensuring Milwaukee Tool has the right parts, in the right place, at the right time, at the right cost.

Duties and Responsibilities

Service & Parts Support (All Equipment Categories)

  • Support Maintenance and Operations teams in developing and reviewing Service and Parts Inventory for Powered Industrial Trucks, Conveyance, Sorters, Robotics & Systems, and other equipment types to ensure accuracy, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
  • Partner with Maintenance, Procurement, and Sourcing to define recommended yearly forecasts and initial buy quantities for existing and new equipment across all equipment platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain, validate, and update service and part quotes, pricing, and lead times.
  • Work closely with the Oracle Teams to ensure item master data for all service parts is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Ensure service parts availability and readiness in alignment with new equipment launches, coordinating with Maintenance, Procurement, and Sourcing.

Technical & Engineering Coordination

  • Participate in project reviews to communicate service part readiness, risks, and assigned deliverables.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Support Maintenance initiatives including product availability and mitigation/recovery planning for service part issues.
  • Partner with Procurement and Maintenance for inventory analysis, serviceability improvements, and designforservice assessments.

Inventory & Lifecycle Management

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally in Excess & Obsolete (E&O) reviews for all equipment categories.
  • Own strategies and reporting for service parts E&O management, including duration-of-support planning, lasttimebuy decisions, inventory balancing, tool replacement strategies, and reserve/disposition collaboration with teams.
  • Track and report on overall service parts performance-including inventory positions, usage volumes, financial metrics, and KPI results-for all equipment platforms.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners regarding service part availability, pricing, BOM structure, lifecycle status, and service dates.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Perform detailed analyses and develop reports to support forecasting, inventory health, cost management, product launches, and other service parts initiatives.
  • Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements (Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product service, maintenance, supply chain, continuous improvement, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple equipment categories and competing priorities.
  • Technical aptitude: familiarity with industrial equipment, conveyance, robotics, or tools is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle preferred).
  • Ability to adapt quickly and perform efficiently in a fastpaced operational environment.

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 10-15% using the quickest and most costeffective transportation method (flight, bus, train, etc.).
  • Travel is primarily domestic and typically under one week in duration; occasional international travel may be required.
