Think Bank is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communications, marketing campaigns, and community impact initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally organized, collaborative, and service-oriented-someone who takes pride in accuracy, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is committed to continuous learning.

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to help deliver clear, consistent communications, support marketing initiatives, and bring our Community Impact Plan to life through storytelling, coordination, and execution.

Communications & Content Support



  • Assist with developing and maintaining an editorial calendar across internal and external channels (email, intranet, digital, and social).
  • Draft, edit, proofread, and coordinate communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment.
  • Support intranet updates and collaborate with the intranet editorial committee.
  • Draft, schedule, and post social media content; monitor and respond in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Coordinate content updates across channels and assist internal partners with company-wide communications.


Marketing Campaign Coordination



  • Support the coordination of marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, web, and internal communications.
  • Assist with content updates, materials, and ongoing marketing activities tied to products, services, and key initiatives.
  • Help maintain website and digital content accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compile and summarize basic marketing and communications metrics (engagement, reach, open rates, click-through rates).


Community Impact Support



  • Support Think's Community Impact Plan, including financial education, corporate giving, sponsorships, and volunteerism.
  • Track and report on community impact activities, including required documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for employee volunteer initiatives.
  • Communicate regularly with nonprofit partners and assist with day-to-day administration of giving processes.
  • Attend Giving Committee meetings, take notes, and follow through on action items.


Team & Department Support



  • Assist with planning and coordination of employee events and internal initiatives.
  • Support creative production and brand-aligned communications.
  • Act as backup for time-sensitive marketing and communications needs.
  • Compile reports, summarize findings, and distribute materials to stakeholders.


Education and Experience Requirements



  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 6 years' experience in a professional business environment OR Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, public affairs, or related field
  • 2 years' experience in a professional business environment
  • Banking and/or marketing experience preferred


Compensation: $78,450
