JOB TITLE: AM Technician PAY RANGE: $21 - $25 \| SHIFT: 1^st M-F 7a - 4pm \| TYPE: Onsite SEE WHAT WE DO: https://youtu.be/kvuAbB4969E?si=MCg_01gD0C0BCG6- QUICK SUMMARY Join a fast-paced digital manufacturing team working with cutting-edge 3D printing technologies. We're looking for an AM Technician to support daily production, operate additive equipment, and deliver high-quality parts across a variety of industries. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute build startups, machine setups, and material handling Support SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, and FDM printing operations Perform powder handling, vat swaps, and machine calibrations Conduct post-processing and finishing operations Perform visual inspections to ensure part quality Maintain equipment and support preventative maintenance REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required; technical degree preferred 1+ year experience in additive manufacturing (preferred) Basic understanding of 3D printing technologies and materials Ability to read prints or 3D files Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment WHAT PROTOTEK OFFERS: Health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance Company paid life and long-term disability insurance 9 paid Holidays annually Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) match: 100% of 3% and 50% for 4% and 5% Education reimbursement program Career advancement opportunities Flexible Schedule Competitive pay scale Paid time off (PTO) starting at 80 hours with annual increase for each year of service WORK AUTHORIZATION WORDING Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements - Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.
