ABOUT THE ROLE: At Ace Precision, we manufacture mission-critical components for the aerospace industry-where precision, responsiveness, and strong customer partnerships are essential. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships while supporting sales growth from within the organization. This role blends customer engagement, sales strategy, and administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for both existing and prospective customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers by providing responsive, knowledgeable support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite orders and ensure customer requirements are met
- Enter, update, and confirm customer orders and process customer quotes within the system
- Communicate Ace Precision's capabilities and value proposition in a professional and compelling manner
- Lead and manage sales activities for existing product lines, including sales, marketing, and customer support
- Support development and execution of web-based sales and marketing campaigns
- Assist in evaluating and improving customer service processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
- Ensure compliance with Ace Precision's Quality Management System and sales procedures
- Follow all safety policies and complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Contribute to team success by supporting additional initiatives as needed
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field with minimum or 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience in a manufacturing environment or a combination of equivalent experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Experience with ERP systems or CRM tools (preferred)
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
