We are seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science to lead high-impact analytics and AI initiatives across Snowflake's Go-To-Market organization. This role sits within the Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) team and reports to the Senior Director of GTM DAA

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to drive data-informed decision making, scale experimentation, and deliver measurable business impact through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will play a key role in translating business problems into data science solutions that improve pipeline, conversion, and customer growth.

Work Location: This position is based exclusively in Menlo Park, CA. Alternative locations are not available at this time.

What You'll Do
  • Lead high-impact data science initiatives: Drive end-to-end execution of data science projects across pipeline generation, sales productivity, and customer lifecycle optimization.

  • Deliver measurable business impact: Develop models, insights, and recommendations across marketing attribution, forecasting, segmentation, lead scoring, and next best action.

  • Partner with GTM stakeholders: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to understand business needs and influence decision making with data-driven insights.

  • Manage and develop a team: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering strong execution, technical rigor, and business alignment.

  • Drive experimentation and measurement: Design and implement experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and causal inference, to evaluate GTM strategies.

  • Collaborate on data foundations: Partner with Analytics Engineering and Business Analytics teams to ensure reliable data models, consistent metrics, and scalable pipelines.

  • Support AI initiatives in GTM: Contribute to the development and deployment of AI solutions such as lead prioritization, customer segmentation, and churn prediction.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, with 2+ years of people management experience

  • Experience supporting GTM functions in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company

  • Strong track record of delivering business impact through analytics or machine learning

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps

  • Strong technical skills in SQL and Python, with experience on modern data platforms such as Snowflake

  • Solid understanding of experimentation, forecasting, and customer lifecycle analytics

Preferred Qualificiations
  • Experience working on GTM use cases such as lead scoring, propensity modeling, churn prediction, or next best action

  • Hands-on experience building or deploying models that improve pipeline efficiency and conversion

  • Familiarity with data enrichment strategies and third-party data integration

  • Experience working with modern data stack tools

  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in enterprise GTM environments

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $224,000 - $294,000.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
