Technical Consultant - Power & New Energy Houston, TX or Long Beach / Monrovia, CA (Hybrid) Purpose of the Role Worley Consulting is seeking an early-career Engineer / Technical Consultant to contribute to the delivery of power and energy transition projects across North America. This role supports the analysis, modeling, and design of transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure, with a focus on renewable energy integration and grid modernization. The successful candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically robust, commercially sound, and client-focused solutions that enable the transition to low-carbon and sustainable energy systems. This position offers exposure to both traditional utility projects and emerging energy technologies, supporting project feasibility, interconnection, and early-stage development. Based at Worley's Houston, Texas, Long Beach or Monrovia California office and follows a 3-day hybrid schedule. Remote work is not available. Key Responsibilities
