What You'll Be Helping Achieve

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team. This role will support the administration, review, and management of government contracts while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and successful contract execution.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Support the negotiation, preparation, and administration of contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Task Orders (TOs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).
  • Assist with managing various government contract types including Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts.
  • Prepare formal contract correspondence and help ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, federal and state regulations, and internal policies.
  • Review and process contract awards, modifications, contract closeouts, and related documentation.
  • Support proposal and capture teams with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including compliance reviews, proposal documentation, and audit trail maintenance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, pricing, business development, operations, and program teams to support contract administration activities.
  • Maintain organized contract files and ensure documentation is completed in accordance with FAR, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Interpret contract provisions and provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and requirements.
  • Prepare and distribute contracts and related documents for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Assist with additional contracts and compliance responsibilities as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-7 years of contracts administration or related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Basic understanding of FAR and/or DFARS
  • Experience reviewing, drafting, or managing contractual documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Sound judgment and ability to work within company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Remote position - must be available to work EST

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and/or GSAM
  • Experience supporting government contracting environments
  • Familiarity with GSA schedules or government contract vehicles is a plus
  • Contract management coursework or certifications (CPCM, CFCM, etc.) are a plus

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$61,023.00 - $119,008.00
