At CAE, we are seeking a Manager, Integration, Data & Governance professional to lead the integration and management of training and program data across the Civil Aviation Training portfolio. In this role, you will ensure data integrity, deliver actionable insights, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. You will act as the owner of program performance data and the custodian of critical training documentation, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to provide clear reporting, drive adoption of data standards, and support consistent, data-driven outcomes across the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Lead the integration and management of training and program data: Oversee the collection, validation, and integration of training and program data from multiple sources. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility to support program evaluation, regulatory reporting, and business intelligence. Act as the custodian for all official training documentation: Manage courseware libraries, regulatory submissions, and master data lists (MDL). Maintain version control and ensure timely updates to meet compliance requirements. Coordinate with regulatory bodies and internal quality teams for audits and approvals. Drive performance monitoring and actionable analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools to monitor program health, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback. Generate regular reports for leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Translate data into actionable recommendations for program and process enhancements. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication: Ensure visibility of governance processes and program status across all stakeholders. Drive adoption of standards and processes through consistent messaging, awareness campaigns, and training. Collaborate with courseware teams, program managers, and leadership to align on governance and data priorities. Enable continuous improvement through data-driven insights: Aggregate and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights that help teams prioritize initiatives, optimize training delivery, and enhance program outcomes.\
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's in Information Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Quality/Regulatory, or Instructional Design with strong data focus; familiarity with QMS. 7-10 years of progressive experience in data governance, analytics, or program management, with at least 3-5 years focused on training program data, business intelligence.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Core & Functional Skills
Advanced document control and versioning (product databases, controlled libraries) within regulated environments Data modeling, metric definition, and maintenance of data dictionaries and KPIs for training and program performance Dashboard design, analytics, and reporting to monitor program health, adoption, and outcomes Audit readiness, compliance tracking, and regulatory submission support Master data governance, including naming conventions, metadata management, and data quality assurance Integration and management of large-scale training and program data sets
Tools & Software Experience
Business intelligence and analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Power Pivot/Query) Enterprise content management: MS Teams, SharePoint, Documentum, with governance controls Automation tools: Power Automate (alerts, approvals, workflow optimization) Proficiency with MS Office suite and modern business-enabling tools
Soft Skills

Chez CAE, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire, Integration, Donnees et Gouvernance pour diriger l'integration et la gestion des donnees de formation et de programmes au sein du portefeuille de formation en aviation civile. Dans ce role, vous veillerez a l'integrite des donnees, fournirez des analyses exploitables et assurerez le respect des normes reglementaires.
Vous agirez en tant que responsable des donnees de performance des programmes et gardien(ne) de la documentation critique de formation, permettant une prise de decision eclairee et une amelioration continue. Ce poste implique une collaboration etroite avec des parties prenantes interfonctionnelles afin d'assurer des rapports clairs, de favoriser l'adoption de normes de donnees et de soutenir des resultats coherents et fondes sur les donnees dans toute l'organisation.
- Diriger l'integration et la gestion des donnees de formation et de programmes
- Superviser la collecte, la validation et l'integration des donnees provenant de multiples sources. Garantir la qualite, la coherence et l'accessibilite des donnees afin de soutenir l'evaluation des programmes, les rapports reglementaires et l'intelligence d'affaires.
- Agir en tant que gardien(ne) de toute la documentation officielle de formation
- Gerer les bibliotheques de contenus de formation, les soumissions reglementaires et les listes de donnees maitres (MDL). Maintenir le controle des versions et assurer des mises a jour en temps opportun pour repondre aux exigences de conformite. Coordonner avec les organismes de reglementation et les equipes qualite internes pour les audits et approbations.
- Developper et maintenir des tableaux de bord et outils analytiques pour suivre la sante des programmes, les indicateurs de performance et les retours des parties prenantes. Produire des rapports reguliers pour la direction, en mettant en evidence les tendances, les risques et les opportunites d'amelioration. Traduire les donnees en recommandations concretes pour optimiser les programmes et les processus.
- Assurer la visibilite des processus de gouvernance et de l'etat des programmes aupres de toutes les parties prenantes. Favoriser l'adoption des normes et des processus grace a une communication coherente, des campagnes de sensibilisation et des formations. Collaborer avec les equipes de contenus de formation, les gestionnaires de programmes et la direction pour aligner les priorites.
- Regrouper et analyser les donnees afin d'identifier les tendances, les causes profondes et les axes d'amelioration. Fournir des analyses exploitables permettant de prioriser les initiatives, d'optimiser la prestation des formations et d'ameliorer les resultats des programmes.
Baccalaureat en gestion de l'information, analytique d'affaires, science des donnees, qualite/reglementation ou conception pedagogique avec un fort accent sur les donnees; familiarite avec les systemes de gestion de la qualite (QMS).
7 a 10 ans d'experience progressive en gouvernance des donnees, analytique ou gestion de programmes, dont au moins 3 a 5 ans dans les donnees de programmes de formation et intelligence d'affaires. Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et ecrite (francais et anglais): La maitrise de l'anglais est requise pour ce poste, car il implique la participation a des reunions et projets ayant une portee internationale, ainsi que des interactions avec des collegues ou clients situes dans d'autres provinces ou pays.
