Regular Business Hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Ready to build the workforce behind a world-class manufacturing operation? Staffmark is hiring a Training Supervisor on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturing company - a temp-to-hire opportunity where your expertise directly shapes production quality and team performance.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for assembly, test, and production support roles
• Deliver hands-on and classroom instruction; conduct skills assessments for new hires and current employees
• Ensure all personnel are certified to standardized work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures
• Lead new hire onboarding, including orientation, safety training, and foundational skills development
• Audit the manufacturing floor regularly to verify process adherence and identify retraining needs
• Partner with operations, engineering, and quality to update training content after process or product changes
• Build and maintain training records, skills matrices, and qualification databases
• Develop visual training tools - job aids, work instructions, SOPs, and training videos
• Track training effectiveness through performance metrics and supervisor feedback
• Support continuous improvement initiatives with targeted training for new methods or problem areas

What You Bring

• 5+ years in manufacturing, assembly, or production operations
• Proven experience training, coaching, or leading employees in a production environment
• Strong grasp of standardized work, safety practices, and quality systems
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and work instructions
• TWI, Six Sigma, or instructional design certification a plus
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and skills tracking a plus
