Position Overview
The Logistics Management Analyst supports the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations to ensure the efficient flow of goods, services, and information from origin to end user. This role focuses on managing supply chain processes, maintaining logistics systems, and supporting Army supply operations. The position requires experience with Army logistics systems, particularly Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), along with knowledge of standard Army supply procedures and documentation.

Job Responsibilities




  • Manage and monitor the flow of materials, equipment, and information through the supply chain to meet operational requirements



  • Utilize Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) to manage property accountability and supply records



  • Support warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes



  • Ensure timely replenishment of supplies and proper documentation of logistics activities



  • Maintain and administer electronic data interchange and logistics management systems



  • Monitor demand management processes to ensure supply availability and operational readiness



  • Collaborate with customers, logistics personnel, and operational teams to meet mission requirements



  • Maintain accurate records using standard Army supply forms and documentation procedures



  • Analyze logistics data and processes to identify areas for operational improvement



  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and supply chain operations



  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and operational stakeholders




Job Requirements




  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required



  • Experience with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE)



  • Experience in warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations



  • Strong understanding of Army logistics systems and standard Army supply forms



  • Background in Army logistics operations preferred (general to mid-level experience)



  • Ability to manage logistics data and documentation accurately



  • Strong organizational and analytical skills



  • Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple operational teams




Work Experience




  • Experience supporting Army logistics or supply operations



  • Experience using Army logistics systems and supply management processes



  • Experience with warehouse and supply chain management operations preferred
