Job Title: Talent Advisor
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST

Position Overview
The Talent Advisor will support high-volume recruiting efforts and organizational hiring initiatives, particularly for management-level roles. This position works closely with a recruiting team of 10+ members to manage full-cycle recruiting activities, assist with union hire orientations, and maintain accurate recruitment tracking. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities




  • Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, resume screening, and candidate coordination



  • Support recruitment staff with hiring initiatives and reorganization efforts



  • Assist in conducting new union hire orientations



  • Utilize job boards and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates



  • Track candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics using Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)



  • Maintain accurate status reporting for weekly recruiting updates



  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to support hiring goals

    Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree required



  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments



  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and managing large applicant pools



  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to track and report multiple data points



  • Proven interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration skills

    Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience recruiting within utility, engineering, or telecom industries



  • Experience supporting union hiring environments



  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities

  • Team size: 10+ people



  • Local travel may be required if needed



  • Two-step interview process
