Description

This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to other RDO Equipment Co. employees and vendors involved in the whole good ordering/planning process. This individual will be responsible for assisting the sales force in new equipment ordering, monitoring short line warranty, as well as assisting the field on questions pertaining to wholegoods.

    What You Will Do:



    • Support Equipment Ordering: Process orders for new equipment and attachments while assisting sales teams throughout the ordering process.
    • Manage Inventory Flow: Coordinate with internal locations and external dealers to locate and secure equipment to meet business needs.
    • Track Equipment & Data: Use electronic systems to monitor equipment location and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
    • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with management and internal partners to ensure equipment is delivered with the correct specifications.
    • Respond to Inquiries: Provide timely, professional support to vendors and internal teams on inventory-related questions.
