Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Coordinator at UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement, based in our Evanston, IL office. The Office Services Coordinator provides customer service and administrative support for the headquarters of UL Research Institutes (ULRI) and UL Standards & Engagement (ULSE). This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment that supports daily operations and enhances the experience of both employees and visitors. The Office Services Coordinator plays a key role in upholding facility standards across multiple floors, preparing and managing meeting spaces, supporting catering and events, and assisting with front desk responsibilities as needed.
