Job Title: Operations Analyst II Job Location: Austin, TX
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for overall Business Unit/Departmental budget, expenses, reconciliation and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain budget process to include reporting, costing and revenue projections
- Perform analysis of departmental factors to monitor budget, expenses and financial reporting to ensure compliance with operational budget and forecasts
- Work with internal managers/staff to develop, review, and approve budgets as related to business activities and defined objectives
- May forecast sales revenue, service revenue operating income or other identifiable financial factors
- May develop, monitor, and report financial KPIs for the department
- Gather, analyze, and prepare recommendations for financial planning and establishing reporting techniques
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, business, or related area
- Direct related experience may be substituted for educational requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Must have at least 1-2 years of applicable experience
- Must have familiarity with SQL, Snowflake & Power BI applications
- Must be local to Austin
