Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst Level 2 Job details Posted 28 May 2026 Location Scottsdale, AZ Reference 1005633 Job description Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst \| High-Volume Enterprise Payroll \| Possible Contract-to-Hire We are looking for a strong Payroll Specialist / Payroll Analyst with heavy Workday Payroll experience for a high-volume enterprise environment. Must-Have Experience Hands-on Workday in-house payroll processing experience is REQUIRED Experience processing payroll in large enterprise environments Strong auditing, reconciliation, and payroll analysis skills Comfortable working with large datasets and complex payroll structures Experience processing off-cycle payments/corrections Day-to-Day Responsibilities Process weekly and biweekly payroll Support payroll operations across 150+ unions Audit and analyze large payroll datasets for accuracy/compliance Process off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments Ensure payroll timelines and compliance requirements are met Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and partner with internal teams as needed Environment / Scale Supporting payroll for approximately 42,000 employees Fast-paced, high-volume payroll environment Looking for someone detail-oriented who can work independently and handle complexity Experience Needed 3-5+ years of relevant payroll experience preferred Strong enterprise-level payroll processing background Location / Schedule PHX or AZ Preffered!!!
