Advantage Technical is hiring Assemblers for a major production project with a well-respected defense contractor in Walker, MI - and they're ready to train the right people from the ground up. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in precision manufacturing, this is your entry point. What You'll Do Assemble wire harnesses and electronic subassemblies following military-grade standards and detailed work instructions Operate equipment including crimp presses, sonic welders, and wire strippers Route, wire, and assemble components using wire layout boards Perform in-process and final visual/dimensional inspections Prep, clean, pot, seal, mark, and install electrical hardware using hand and power tools Support engineering on new product introductions and first articles Participate in continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring No experience or education required - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions accurately Reliability and attention to detail Benefits Competitive weekly pay ($18-$20/hr) + weekly direct deposit Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Optional 401(k) Apply now and take the first step toward a long-term career in defense manufacturing - advancement opportunities are real and available from day one.
