OperationsCoordinator - 12 Month CONTRACT

TheOperationsCoordinator plays a key supporting role for theDevelopment Strategy team. This role willprovideschedulingsupportfor our global portfolio title review process,optimizeadministrative workflows,create clear meeting documentation, andassistoperational initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for the video game industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones and teams.

  • Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts.

  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials to ensure participants are informed and prepared.

  • Capture meeting notes and summarize key decisions and action items.

  • Performstudio engagementfollow-up tasks such as survey creation, material permission updates,report documentation,and more.

  • Supportproject coordination and data tracking for development strategy projects.

  • Partner withcross-functionalteams tomaintainalignment and share information efficiently.

  • Maintain team documentation and shared resources, keeping documents up to date for easy reference.

  • Support ad-hoc administrative, operations, or process improvement projects.

  • Help with travel arrangements, offsitemeetings,and teamlogisticsas needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support roles, ideally within entertainment, technology, or gaming sectors

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills withmeticulousattention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying information and ideas.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Skills in using productivity and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Office, Wrike, Jira, or equivalents).

  • Experience working with global teams,demonstratingcultural awareness and time zone sensitivity.

  • Adaptable, curiousteam player, capable of workingbothcollaborativelyandindependentlybased on project needs.

At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
$30 - $40 USD
