Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place. YOUR IMPACT
You will be the communication bridge between our consultants and designers, helping to create outstanding work and enabling a great customer experience.
You will play a crucial role in a unique and fast-paced design environment, and your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our design workflow.
The definition of "teamwork" is a complex yet stimulating combination between side-by-side and virtual collaboration; ownership and commitment are paramount to be successful in the role. You will be working very closely with our designers and consultants.
Your typical responsibilities will include: managing the design request queue, understanding design and deadline requirements, and routing requests to the correct teams; you will be the face of our business, contacting our consultants for clarifications, negotiating scope and deadlines, and ensuring they are informed of any delays or challenges; you will improve the consultant experience by providing excellent customer service, clarifying unclear instructions, and understanding their expectations in terms of design requirements and scope; and you will need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity, adapting to continuous changes in the team and business objectives.
Your work has a great impact on our team's overall performance. By ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow, you enable the team to deliver high-quality design work efficiently. Your service orientation and ability to manage expectations will foster strong relationships with our consultants and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
