You will be a critical contributor to the highquality execution of Professional Development's (PD) core people processes, supporting colleague development across offices, practices, and paths.
You will play a critical role in ensuring highquality, consistent, and scalable PD processes across North America. You will work closely with PD and other firm functions colleagues. You will develop strong judgment, operational expertise, and the ability to navigate complexity-while building the foundation for expanded scope and impact over time.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Relevant McKinsey experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to own work endtoend and deliver highquality outputs with attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Solid problemsolving skills, grounded in data, structure, and practical judgment
  • Proficiency in creating workproductdriven outputs with ability to leverage AI (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Gemini, Lilli)
  • Independently own defined PD Ops processes and workstreams, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and followthrough
  • Support review and evaluation processes, including preparation, execution, and closeout of semiannual and interim review cycles, in close collaboration with PD leadership
  • Manage and maintain PD data and trackers, ensuring data integrity across systems used for decisionmaking and reporting
  • Produce clear, wellstructured work products (e.g., Excel trackers, PowerPoint materials, written summaries) that enable efficient decisionmaking
  • Identify issues, risks, or inconsistencies, flagging them early and proposing practical solutions
  • Willingness and ability to maintain regular inoffice presence to support collaboration and apprenticeship

    to remember that actual salaries may vary. Factors like your office location, your unique blend of experience and skills, start date and our current
    organizational needs all play a part in determining the final figure. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses, subject to McKinsey's discretion
    and based on factors such as individual and/or organizational performance.
