Job Description


This position supervises the day to day activities for the Group National Account Implementation team. The incumbent leads processes which support the field in meeting sales objectives as well as hire, evaluate, develop, and lead associates to meet the division objectives across locations. This role will also participate in presenting with our Sales and AM teams to our largest national account groups during finalist presentations (both in person requiring travel) and virtually, and lead the implementation support for these groups.

* This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.



What you do:


  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of associates.
  • Leads a high performing team through recruitment, development, engagement, and performance management.
  • Lead the implementation needs of our largest national account size cases as needed, as back up for the rest of the team, and as the specialist for the unique/new/problematic requests that arise during implementation.
  • Participate with our ALIC Sales Reps and Account Managers as the implementation leader during finalist presentations for our largest national account case sizes.
  • Provides guidance to resolve escalated issues or concerns.
  • Ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Recommends innovative programs or processes to achieve results.
  • Monitors daily operational activities and provides direction in order to meet service goals.
  • Measures associate productivity and performance metrics.

  • This position requires travel for in-person client transition implementation meetings. Travel frequency will vary based on client needs and may occur monthly, with overnight stays as needed.




What you bring:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years related experience required
  • Less than 2 years supervisory experience preferred. Experience with training preferred.

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
