WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): The American Red Cross is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Lead to drive growth within our expanding Cell and Gene Therapy Solutions (CGTS) business. This individual will play a critical role in developing strategic relationships across biotechnology, academic, and healthcare organizations, advancing the future of cell and gene therapies. This position is ideal for a business development professional or cell and gene therapy subject matter expert with established industry relationships, an existing network within the cell and gene therapy community, and a passion for helping accelerate patient access to life-changing therapies. This role is well-suited for individuals with scientific, clinical, operational, manufacturing, or research experience in cell and gene therapy who are interested in expanding into a business development role. As a key member of the Business Development team, you will identify, develop, and close opportunities across the CGT ecosystem, including research starting materials, leukapheresis collection services, clinical trial support, commercial patient services, and specialized laboratory solutions. PAY INFORMATION: The salary range for this position is: $100,000-$120,000. Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and a comparison to other employees already in this role.
