Associate Area Business Analyst (Remote)

Are you early in your analytics career and excited by turning data into real world business impact? As an Associate Area Business Analyst, you will work closely with field sales leaders and cross-functional partners to uncover insights, shape decisions, and improve commercial performance across the business. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, field facing role where curiosity, collaboration, and clear storytelling make a difference every day.

What will you be doing?

  • Partnering with field sales leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision making
  • Analyzing sales, market, pipeline, territory, and customer performance data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Translating complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights that drive decisions
  • Supporting core business rhythms such as forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and territory planning
  • Collaborating cross functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and centralized Analytics teams
  • Challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes through data driven recommendations

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales or Market Analysis, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a similar commercial role
  • Experience working with sales teams or field leadership and the ability to build strong, credible relationships
  • Strong problem structuring, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM data such as Salesforce, and experience using Power BI, AI tools, or basic SQL to enhance analysis and insight delivery is a plus

The expected hiring range for this position is $74,000 to $85,000. This position may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
