Test Technician - Manufacturing Test & Troubleshooting Expert

Schedules:


1st shift Weekends | Friday - Monday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

2nd shift Weekends | Thursday - Monday and Wednesday - Sunday |2:00 PM-10:30 PM

Training Schedule | 1st Shift | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Pay:$19-22.00 per hour



What You'll Do (Job Duties)

As a Test Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring high performance and reliability in complex manufacturing environments. Your daily responsibilities will include:



  • Work at the assembly line
  • Inspecting, testing, and assembling gas delivery systems and components
  • Troubleshooting and performing corrective actions on failed assemblies and sub-assemblies
  • Conducting helium leak and module testing
  • Reading and interpreting schematics to verify functionality
  • Supporting cleanroom operations and adhering to safety standards

What We're Looking For (Requirements)



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in electronics, Electro-Mechanical Automation, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment (fast-paced preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of vacuum and pneumatic technologies
  • Ability to read schematics, use test equipment, and stay on schedule with a sense of urgency
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 25-50 lbs. as needed
  • Strong teamwork, dependability, and communication skills
