JOB DESCRIPTION
Fox Entertainment is seeking a Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs to focus on dealmaking for Fox Creator Studios, which Partners with digital creator to monetize content and co-produce original series. This role reports directly to the SVP of Business & Legal Affairs for Fox Creator Studios and FoxNXT and will help to structure, negotiate, and implement a wide variety of complex agreements in a fast-evolving media landscape. The ideal candidate brings deep fluency in the creator economy alongside meaningful experience at a traditional studio or network. They understand how creators build and monetize their businesses - and what they prioritize in a deal - while also knowing how traditional studios develop, produce, and distribute at scale. The ability to move quickly, think creatively, speak clearly, and structure agreements that work for all parties is essential. Strong legal and business judgment and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to dealmaking in a rapidly evolving media landscape is required. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $250,000.00-300,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
