To lead a team of Field Safety professionals in the electric energy focus in the state of New York (capital region, Mohawk Valley, north country). This role is responsible for the compliance and continuous improvement of safety and health regulations and policies that shape our safety culture, reduce injuries, and increase employee engagement. This role will provide technical support and subject matter expertise to the various lines of business and operating groups in their pursuit of safety excellence and ongoing growth of a business-wide safety culture. You will provide leadership and ongoing coaching and mentoring to a team of EHS professionals in their support of various lines of business. Key Accountabilities
