Description Leads advanced design coordination and management efforts across multiple projects. Provides expert guidance in construction engineering to ensure technical integrity and constructability. Supports contract administration and management processes, ensuring compliance with basic contractual obligations. Facilitates cross-functional coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams. Applies advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and project constraints. Promotes critical thinking and continuous improvement in design and construction practices. Reviews and validate plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards. Influences and communicates effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Fosters an inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and contributions. Builds responsibility by ensuring accountability in design execution and technical service delivery. Manages and mentors project teams, supporting intermediate-level team management competencies. Collaborates with project managers and field personnel to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases. Supports the development and implementation of technical standards, procedures, and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned.
