Description

  • Leads advanced design coordination and management efforts across multiple projects.
  • Provides expert guidance in construction engineering to ensure technical integrity and constructability.
  • Supports contract administration and management processes, ensuring compliance with basic contractual obligations.
  • Facilitates cross-functional coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Applies advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges and project constraints.
  • Promotes critical thinking and continuous improvement in design and construction practices.
  • Reviews and validate plans and specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
  • Influences and communicates effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Fosters an inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives and contributions.
  • Builds responsibility by ensuring accountability in design execution and technical service delivery.
  • Manages and mentors project teams, supporting intermediate-level team management competencies.
  • Collaborates with project managers and field personnel to ensure seamless integration of design and construction phases.
  • Supports the development and implementation of technical standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
