Overview The Retail Sales Support Manager plays a critical role for senior Retail Sales leadership. This position helps ensure alignment of banking products, sales priorities, performance metrics, pipeline visibility and incentive programs to ensure market leaders and branch teams are equipped with consistent, competitive, and market-leading tools, messaging and offers. The role serves as a central point of coordination between Retail Sales, Marketing, Training and other cross-functional partners to support execution of strategic initiatives and ongoing sales performance management. The Retail Sales Support Manager drives disciplined sales routines, accurate KPI reporting, pipeline transparency and consistent communication to market leaders and branch teams, while supporting initiatives that improve client acquisition, deepen relationships and enhance overall branch sales effectiveness. Responsibilities
Partner with senior retail sales management to support the development and execution of the retail sales strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise growth and deposit objectives.
