About the Role A Supervisor, Sales Operations leads a sales operations team to achieve both individual and team targets, ensuring TD SYNNEX delivers the highest level of service to our customers at all times. Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day management of a Sales Operations team, towards all sales related administrative tasks e.g. order processing, quoting. Ensure the sales operations teams are working within any service level agreement as defined by TD SYNNEX and/or the relevant Business Unit, their customers and partners. Drive performance within the team, by setting, measuring and managing against individual and team targets Work with other departments to identify process improvements and help define, implement and deliver efficiency back into sales and our partners Report team performance in to the sales management team and develop action plans where improvement is required Identify training needs within the team to support customer specific processes, specialist product training knowledge or system knowledge on a continual basis. Ensure the highest possible quality of service, and manage issues and escalations in a timely manner to ensure early resolution Maintain regular external contact with our customers and key contacts to ensure service levels are met
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Advanced English is required* Analyze and resolve complex issues and problems in a timely and effective manner Constructively work under pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines. Willingness to embrace change Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business (verbal, written and face-to-face) Able to work under limited supervision. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion. Relationship building internally and with customers Experience of working with a CRM system Numerate with good attention to detail Understands Sales and Operations Processes Experience of working with SAP would be desirable but not essential Process driven & result orientated Excellent people engagement skills Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, v-look up and macros. Working knowledge of Word and Outlook
