Why You'll Love This Role:

As anRN or LPN Float Poolmember, no two days are the same.You'll be the "health hero" across multiple locations, helping the people we support stay healthy, happy, and heard.

What you'll be doing:



  • Be a Partner in Health:You'll assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys.
  • Be an Advocate:You'll work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone gets the preventative care they deserve.
  • Be a Teacher:You'll share your knowledge by training and supporting our amazing direct care staff.
  • Be a Clinical Pro:From administering medications to monitoring vital signs, you'll use your full range of nursing skills.


SCHEDULE:Days, NO WEEKENDS or ON-CALL - Must work 24 hours every quarter.

What We're Looking For

We believe in a culture ofbelonging, connection, and faithfulness.To join our team in Grand Island, you'll need:



  • The Right Credentials:An active RN license in Nebraska (or the state of practice) and a degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN).
  • Experience:At least one year of general nursing experience under your belt.
  • Safety First:A valid driver's license and current CPR/First Aid certification.
  • A Can-Do Attitude:The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the people we serve.
  • Physical Stamina:You're comfortable being on the move-walking, standing, and the ability to safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed.
