Building and developing a great team:Overseeinghiring, training, and schedulingof our dedicated Direct Support Professionals. Ensuring seamless support:Coordinating all appointments and activitiesfor the individuals we serve. Maintaining excellence:Keepingaccurate and compliant recordsof all operations. Regulatory Compliance:Acting as theprimary safeguardto ensure all activities strictly adhere toregulatory requirements.
