As part of our commitment to collaboration, this position follows a hybrid schedule requiring you to be in our Omaha office every Monday and Wednesday.


What You'll Do (The Impact):

  • Coach & Mentor: Instill an Agile mindset across project teams, championing both Scrum and Kanban practices to foster self-organizing, highly productive teams.
  • Drive Transformation: Play a pivotal role in Mosaic's critical cloud migration and digital enablement initiatives.
  • Facilitate & Deliver: Lead daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives. Keep work visual, manage workflow, and remove roadblocks.
  • Partner & Optimize: Collaborate with stakeholders on backlog prioritization and utilize data-driven metrics to track progress and continuous improvement.

What You Bring (The Requirements):

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing complex, multi-functional projects with a proven track record of success.
  • Methodology: A solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies. Experience with DevSecOps is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Credentials: PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certifications are preferred.
  • Leadership Style: A servant leader who embodies the core Agile values of openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment. You can influence leaders at all levels without relying on traditional hierarchy.
  • Proximity: Must reside within a reasonable driving distance of Omaha, NE, to meet our hybrid schedule requirement.
