Position Overview
The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise systems, integrations, and data to support sales and business performance. This role partners with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system functionality, high data quality, and scalable processes.The position drives continuous improvement by streamlining workflows, enhancing user experience, and supporting system adoption through training and troubleshooting. It also leads reporting and analytics efforts, delivering insights that inform sales strategy and decision-making.As a strategic partner, this role oversees system projects, manages tools and vendors, and recommends technology solutions that improve efficiency and support long-term business goals.
