We have immediate per diem (PRN) shifts available for the following position: ER Registered Nurse in Onancock, VA.

Requirements:

• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Required Skills: Acute psychosis, Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chest tube insertion/management, Continuous IV paralytics, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Drug overdose, Emergency Medications, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Identify/Report neglect or abuse, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Intubation, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Managing violent behavior, Near drowning, Non Trauma Emergency Department, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Ortho trauma, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Psychiatric Hold, Abdominal pain, Asthma, Burns, Epiglottitis, Gunshot wounds, Head injury, Hyperglycemia, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Infection, Manage / apply splints, Mental/behavioral health conditions, Poison ingestion, Respiratory infection, Seizures, Sickle cell crisis, Skin Disorders, Traumatic amputation, Urinary Tract Infection, Spinal cord injury, Starting and maintaining IVs, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility, Suicidal patient, Triage
