Job Description: We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Income Tracking Coordinator. This role will support the Income Tracking team and play a vital part in ensuring all income streams are properly captured, analyzed, and reported. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset toward improving process efficiency and data accuracy. This role works closely with the accounting, administration, marketing, and licensing teams. Specific Responsibilities Include: Ensuring all payments are properly tracked; assisting with preparation of the internal reporting log of all cash receipts Downloading and maintaining organization of incoming royalty and licensing statements from third-party portals Reconciling cash receipts to statements received from third parties Preparing and sending invoices where necessary, maintaining accurate invoice tracking, and following up as needed to ensure timely payment and proper documentation Tracking and following up on missing or delayed payments with appropriate parties when necessary Assisting with live performance tracking by collecting show data and ensuring accurate submission of performance through PRO portals and then tracking those submissions Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity Supporting the Income Tracking team with ad hoc projects, data reviews, reconciliations, and report preparation Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of relevant experience in the music industry Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel Familiarity with royalty statements, income tracking, or financial reporting processes preferred High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Eagerness to learn music industry revenue streams and royalty structures Proactive communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated team player who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities Benefits and Compensation: We offer exceptional benefits to our employees.
