STV is hiring a Northeast Transportation Market Sector Leader to join our National Buildings Group. As the Northeast Regional Market Leader, you will drive growth, major pursuits, and industry visibility for transportationrelated Buildings & Facilities across the Northeast Region. Your New RoleIn this senior, external-facing role, you will leverage a multi-state group of regional offices to shape strategy, lead marquee pursuits, and elevate STV's presence with transit, rail, and intermodal agencies. You will operate as a seller-doer and market delivery leader, partnering in a "One STV" execution model, to solve our clients' most complex challenges. Supported by industry-leading SMEs, including multidisciplinary engineers, planners, and project managers, you will fuel long-term growth and position STV as a premier transportation facilities partner regionally. This role reports to the Buildings Group, National Development Director and offers flexible location options (ideally close to an STV office) with a hybrid or remote work model depending on the geographic.
