IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a General Foreman-Data Center in Richmond, VA.

Job Summary

  • Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Maintain a culture of safety first.
  • Have a complete understanding drawings, specifications, and installation requirements.
  • Monitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standards.
  • Evaluates, mentors, and trains field electricians.

Qualifications

  • Valid State Electrical Journeyman License.
  • 4 years recent electrical experience.
  • Supervisory experience in an electrical construction environment.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
