18 Position Summary
Serving as the account executive and customer relationship manager, the business relationship management (BRM) Manager role is an end-to-end business expert. This role develops valuable and meaningful long-term relationships with internal EIT clients, becoming an important asset to the service/product management process and pipeline. The IT BRM Manager manages a team of BRMs to support EIT business stakeholders by enabling IT to be a more proactive, responsive, and strategic service provider. This role develops a deep understanding of customers' needs, identifies opportunities to solve their problems, and, as a result, increases the use of EIT-related services. Also, this position plays a vital role in supporting and engaging with business technologistswithin the business areas. As an IT advocate, they also champion awareness and influence perceptions among stakeholders to facilitate better partnerships and value harvesting. Tasks and Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience required. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors. Operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business-related events. After hours work may be required. Physical Demands
