Join Our Luxury Hospitality Team

LAZ Parking is seeking polished, hospitality-driven Valet Attendants to support some of Century City's premier luxury residential communities.

As a valued member of the resident experience team, you will help create a welcoming, seamless, and personalized experience for residents, guests, and visitors. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable first impressions in a luxury environment.

Location: Century City, Los Angeles, CA

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour + cash tips at select locations

Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available

Availability Required: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts. Schedule requirements vary by location and will be discussed during the interview process.

MUST have valid drivers license for at least 2 yrs

What You'll Do



  • Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm, professional, and service-focused approach.
  • Create exceptional first and last impressions that reflect the standards of a luxury residential community.
  • Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while providing a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Assist residents with luggage, packages, groceries, and other service requests as needed.
  • Build positive relationships with residents and become a trusted part of their daily experience.
  • Anticipate resident needs and provide personalized, attentive service.
  • Coordinate with concierge, management, and property staff to ensure a smooth resident experience.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front-drive environment.
  • Handle resident and guest requests with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
  • Uphold the privacy, discretion, and service standards expected in a luxury residential setting.
  • Represent LAZ Parking and the property with professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality excellence.


Required Qualifications



  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional late-night shifts.
  • Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ability to meet client-specific appearance and grooming standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

    Physical Demands:


    • Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
    • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
    • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
    • Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
