LAZ Parking is seeking professional, hospitality-driven Valet Attendants to support our luxury hotel, residential and high-end retail locations in Beverly Hills.

As a Valet Attendant, you will serve as one of the first and last impressions for our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with people, and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Job Type: Part-Time / Schedule may vary based on location and business needs.

Pay: $17.50 - $22.00 per hour + great cash tips!!

Required: Valid Driver's License (at least 2 yrs)

Assigned to a primary location upon hire. Specific location and schedule details will be discussed during the interview process.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming first impression for every guest.
• Greet residents, guests, and customers upon arrival and departure.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Manage vehicle flow and help maintain an organized arrival and departure area.
• Open doors and assist guests with luggage when needed.
• Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
• Build positive relationships with guests through professional, courteous service.
• Respond to guest needs and requests with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold LAZ Parking's commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Previous valet experience required.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional late-night shifts.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Ability to meet client-specific appearance and grooming standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
  
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
